Vahid Negori and Green Bell Packaging were first introduced to the LCR Finance Hub back in 2019 by The Women’s Organisation to assist with financial forecasting.

Although the forecasts produced at the time weren’t required as they obtained funding from their Bank, when they came back in July 2021 seeking funding from the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund via River Capital, we already had a good basis to start forecasting from. 

This support went someway to Green Bell Packaging being successful in obtaining the loan from River Capital that has since seen significant growth, an increase in product development and allowed the business to continue on its mission to provide greener and sustainable packaging solutions.

In July 2024, Green Bell Packaging required further funding from River Capital and again utilised support from the LCR Finance Hub to obtain this. This is a great example of businesses using the the LCR Finance Hub’s support more than once in the early stages of their journey and emphasises the value the LCR Finance Hub can add when a SME seeks funding from various investors.
